Please note that the ownership of this Website (hereinafter, the "Website"), belongs to FRESH GREENS.

This Privacy Policy regulates the access and use of the Website that FRESH GREENS makes available to Internet users (hereinafter, the "Users") interested in the contents (hereinafter, the "Contents") and services (hereinafter, the "Services") offered by FRESH GREENS on it.

 In this sense, FRESH GREENS treats the personal data of the Users with the purpose of allowing the commercial relationship requested by the user, for the sending of commercial communications and/or Newsletters and to attend to the requests of information, complaints, suggestions, or any matter that the User wishes to send through the contact form of the Web Site, which are related to the provision of the services offered by FRESH GREENS.

The protection of the privacy and personal data of the Users is very important for FRESH GREENS. Therefore, FRESH GREENS makes every effort to prevent the User's data from being misused. Only authorized personnel will have access to the User's data. 

The User's personal data will be retained for as long as the User's FRESH GREENS personal data remains active for the purposes for which it was provided, as long as the User has not revoked their consent, requesting the deletion of certain personal data. 

Subsequently, if necessary, FRESH GREENS will keep the information blocked during the legally established periods. 

FRESH GREENS undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy and confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the provisions of applicable law. 

8. Users' rights

Users have the right to:

2. Request the rectification of any inaccurate data; 

3. Request the erasure of their data;

1. Request the restriction of processing their data; 

2. To object the processing of their data; 

3. Request the portability of their data; and

4. Likewise, Users shall have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of data.

The communication addressed to FRESH GREENS must contain the following information: 

• User's name and surname; photocopy of his/her national identity card, or passport or any other valid document identifying him/her. 

• The request that based the application.

Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or legal action, the User shall have the right to file a complaint with a Control Authority, particularly in the Member State in which he/she has his/her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, in the event that he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data is not appropriate to the regulations, as well as in the event that he/she is not satisfied with the exercise of his/her rights. The supervisory authority to which the complaint has been submitted shall inform the complainant of the course and the outcome of the complaint.

The protection of the privacy and personal data of the Users is very important for FRESH GREENS.

Therefore, FRESH GREENS does everything in its power to prevent your data from being used inappropriately, allowing access to them only to authorized personnel.
